21 Day Fix Week 2

Well here I am 2 days into week 2 and I am reporting back to you all. So far so good. I have lost 2 pounds and 2 inches. Not bad for 7 days into things. Remember, I said I wasn't looking to lose a lot of weight. I still have to check my body fat, I'll get back to you on that one.
I will post my pictures after the 3 weeks are up. I am not ready to compare week one with week two just yet. I'd like to have all 3 in a row to see the differences.

I can tell you I am feeling less bloated since starting the program. I do not find myself hungry either. I notice my clothes aren't as tight, in certain areas, which is a good thing.

The workouts are going well. I do often love to hate some of the workouts and hate to love them, but they still get done and I feel great afterwards.
One more week to go and then I will be on to the 21 Day Fix Extreme!

I'd like to invite you all to join me over the next 21 days. I want to share my experience in hopes it will help and inspire others to make their health a priority.
Follow along as I do the 21 Day Fix program. Don't know what the 21 Day Fix is?!

 It is a 21 day program that gives you simple portion control meal plans (without starvation), and quick 30 minute workouts. There is no room for failure in this program. It tells you exactly how much of which foods to eat. For me, that is a big deal because I sometimes DON'T eat enough through out the day.

My goals are not so much to lose weight but to lose inches in a few places and lower my body fat percentage. I want to feel better and fit into my clothes better. They seem to have become a little snug over the winter months, I can't imagine why. For me the exercise part comes easy, it's the eating part I slip up on WAY TOO MUCH!.

I am on day 2 of the program and I can say that I have definitely NOT been hungry and I will definitely be sore!! Neither one is anything I am upset about. I look forward to the changes that are

Proud Moment

So generally I am not one to toot my own horn but today I feel the need to share this with you all. Most of you already know what I do for a living as far as me forming online fitness accountability groups to help others with their health and fitness goals. Well, you all also know this is tax season and we are getting those little forms in the mail right? So today, I got my 1099, opened it up and my eyes literally popped out of my head. To my surprise I had increased my income in the last year by 75%. Now, please don't think I am saying any of this to try to impress anyone because I am not about that. If I were, I wouldn't be driving around in an 11 year old soccer mom van PLUS if I would have already known what I made before I even received my 1099. I'm not a numbers person. I just do what I do and let the rest happen as far as this all goes.

If you really knew me you would know that this is about much more than a dollar amount to me. What it means to me is that I have helped 75% more people than last year meet their health and fitness goals and they are now living a more fulfilling life because of it. How awesome is that? I can't describe what it means to me to see someone reach their goals and accomplish something they thought they could never do. You can't put a dollar amount on that. The impact that it has made on my life will never be forgotten. I have made some amazing friends through it all.


This also means that I have an amazing team of other coaches who are doing the same thing as I am. Big things are happening. My team is also helping others all while reaching their own goals. How amazing is that? I am so proud to be on this journey with each and every one of these people. I have really met some truly amazing people through all of this. I cannot even begin to tell you the impact it has all had on my life. It is something I look forward to continuing for many more years to come.

I have to say, outside of the amazing new friends I have and the accomplishments I have seen my team and groups accomplish, the second best part of it all is that I have done 90% of it from the comfort of my own home in my PJ's. It doesn't get any better than that. PLUS, I do it all in about 10 hours a week or less!!

It's Time

When it comes to weight loss, it can definitely be a tough and touchy subject. It's overwhelming at times, especially when you are starting your journey. There are so many things to pick and choose from, it's hard to know what's right and what isn't. Generally, people pick one method of exercise and try it for a period of time, only to give up when they see minimal results. They tend to get discouraged and go back to their old ways, only to repeat the cycle down the road when the next biggest and greatest fad comes along.
